How is pricing determined?

After your student evaluation, we look at the subjects your child needs help with, their current level, and how many sessions per week makes sense. Pricing is built around that. Not a one-size-fits-all package. We discuss everything together before any commitment.

Progress
What if my child doesn’t see improvement?

We track progress every session. If something isn’t working, we adjust the approach. Our tutors don’t move on to new material until the student truly understands what’s in front of them. You’ll always know how your child is progressing through monthly reports.

Sessions
Can we reschedule or cancel a session?

Yes. We ask for 24-hour notice for any rescheduling or cancellations. Life happens, we’re flexible, and we’ll always work to find a time that fits your schedule.

Do you offer online and in-home sessions?

Both, and you choose at every session. Online sessions run from the comfort of home: no travel, no distractions, and more digital tools available. Many families find it more flexible and often more affordable. In-home sessions are also available across Montreal and West Island. Quality and structure are identical either way.

We do not collect payment information through this website. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics tools.

  • Schedule and conduct your student’s evaluation and tutoring sessions
  • Match your child with the most appropriate tutor
  • Send session reminders, confirmations, and progress reports
  • Respond to inquiries and provide support
  • Improve the quality of our services

Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for commercial purposes. Your information is used internally by Veritas Tutoring Academy staff only. We do not disclose any information to outside parties except where required by law.

How Long We Keep Your Information

  • Active clients: Retained for the duration of the tutoring relationship and for one year following the last session.
  • Inquiries that did not proceed: Deleted within six months of your last contact.

Children’s Information

Our services are primarily delivered to students under the age of 18. All information about minor students is provided by a parent or guardian, whose consent is implied by submission of the booking form. We treat student information with the highest level of care and never use it for any purpose beyond delivering and improving our tutoring services.

Under Quebec Law 25 and PIPEDA, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Withdraw your consent and request deletion of your information
  • Be notified in the event of a privacy breach that poses a risk of harm

Pricing
How is pricing determined?

After your student evaluation, we look at the subjects your child needs help with, their current level, and how many sessions per week makes sense. Pricing is built around that. Not a one-size-fits-all package. We discuss everything together before any commitment.

Progress
What if my child doesn’t see improvement?
+

We track progress every session. If something isn’t working, we adjust the approach. Our tutors don’t move on to new material until the student truly understands what’s in front of them. You’ll always know how your child is progressing through monthly reports.

Sessions
Can we reschedule or cancel a session?

Yes. We ask for 24-hour notice for any rescheduling or cancellations. Life happens, we’re flexible, and we’ll always work to find a time that fits your schedule.

Format
Do you offer online and in-home sessions?
+

Both, and you choose at every session. Online sessions run from the comfort of home: no travel, no distractions, and more digital tools available. Many families find it more flexible and often more affordable. In-home sessions are also available across Montreal and West Island. Quality and structure are identical either way.

Getting Started
How quickly can we get started after the evaluation?

Usually within a few days. Once we know what your child needs, we match them with the right tutor and get sessions on the calendar as quickly as possible.

What subjects and grade levels do you cover?

From Elementary school through CEGEP. Mathematics, Sciences, English, French, Humanities, and more. We also offer Study Skills, Exam Prep, Time Management, and Academic Counseling for students who need more than just subject help.
