When you submit our contact or booking form, we collect:
- Parent or guardian name
- Student name

- Phone number
- Student’s grade level and subjects
- Preferred session availability
We do not collect payment information through this website. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics tools.

- Schedule and conduct your student’s evaluation and tutoring sessions
- Match your child with the most appropriate tutor
- Send session reminders, confirmations, and progress reports
- Respond to inquiries and provide support
- Improve the quality of our services

Sharing of Information
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for commercial purposes. Your information is used internally by Veritas Tutoring Academy staff only. We do not disclose any information to outside parties except where required by law.

How Long We Keep Your Information
- Active clients: Retained for the duration of the tutoring relationship and for one year following the last session.
- Inquiries that did not proceed: Deleted within six months of your last contact.

Children’s Information
Our services are primarily delivered to students under the age of 18. All information about minor students is provided by a parent or guardian, whose consent is implied by submission of the booking form. We treat student information with the highest level of care and never use it for any purpose beyond delivering and improving our tutoring services.

Your Rights
Under Quebec Law 25 and PIPEDA, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
- Withdraw your consent and request deletion of your information
- Be notified in the event of a privacy breach that poses a risk of harm

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. While no method of internet transmission is 100% secure, we are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your data.
